Start remote support with Activ8:

  1. In the welcome box on the right (or below if using mobile), enter the code we give to you
  2. Tap or click the arrow, or hit enter on your keyboard
  3. This will download a file to your computer (this may appear in your downloads folder or at the bottom of the screen)
  4. Run this file (double click)
  5. Press yes, ok, continue or allow to any prompts that appear on your screen
  6. That’s it! You should see a ConnectWiseControl notification in the bottom right of the screen confirming your connection status
