Start remote support with Activ8:
- In the welcome box on the right (or below if using mobile), enter the code we give to you
- Tap or click the arrow, or hit enter on your keyboard
- This will download a file to your computer (this may appear in your downloads folder or at the bottom of the screen)
- Run this file (double click)
- Press yes, ok, continue or allow to any prompts that appear on your screen
- That’s it! You should see a ConnectWiseControl notification in the bottom right of the screen confirming your connection status
